Introduction

Welcome to Animal Generator. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Animal Generator website, applications, and AI-powered services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region) to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security or legal risks.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including software, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and AI models—are owned by Animal Generator or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license stated below, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials.

User Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploads, hybrid characters, stories, images, and other content you create using the Service (“User Content”). By submitting or generating User Content, you grant Animal Generator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service, fulfill your requests, and comply with legal requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others and complies with these Terms and applicable laws. Animal Generator may remove or restrict access to User Content that violates these Terms.

License to Use the Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You may download, share, or commercialize outputs generated through Animal Generator so long as you comply with applicable laws and do not violate third-party rights. Animal Generator makes no guarantee that generated content will be unique or non-infringing.

Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Credits: Certain features require credits. Credits are deducted when you generate assets. Credit balances are displayed in your account dashboard. Credits may have expiration dates as described at purchase.
• Subscriptions: Paid plans provide monthly credit allotments and additional features. Unless otherwise noted, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
• Payments: All payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. By submitting payment information, you authorize Animal Generator (and our payment processor) to charge applicable fees and taxes.
• Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in refunds for the current billing period unless required by law.
• Refunds: Refund requests are evaluated case by case in accordance with consumer protection regulations and our refund guidelines.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, pornographic, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Service or our models.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Service or underlying infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use the Service for automated scraping, spamming, or distributing malware.

We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate—including removal of content, suspension of accounts, or reporting to authorities—if we believe a user violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Animal Generator integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Cloudflare, and AI model providers. Use of those services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies. Animal Generator is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, if continuing to provide the Service is no longer commercially viable, or for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Animal Generator, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animal Generator and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Animal Generator for the Service during the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or generated content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be identified by the “date” above and becomes effective when posted. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-product notification). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
